Return & Refund Policy

Because of the covid-19 virus ,We cannot accept any return items. if you need to return or exchange, please contact with our customer service. We will take compromise measures to refund or resend.


If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you. We are here to help! Please feel free to submit a message if you have any issue with your order!



Warranty period:

Our 30 days return warranty starts from the date you receive our product. If you have any problem with the item please feel free to contact us immediately at support@gpfilter.com. and please  note  there is no need to worry about the shelf life of our products, as long as they are stored at a normal temperature of 33 ° F-100° F . It can be stored for a long time for 3 years.


Warranty Process:


To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please indicate in your message all the details of your order, such as your order number, SKU number or the product name. Then kindly follow these 3 steps:


1.Please describe the issue and provide us with pictures (under 10MB) that display the problem and show the items outer packaging. For help with this, please contact our Customer Support Team.

2.Once we have reviewed all the details above, we will arrange a return under the warranty RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

3.Please ship the package according to the RMA instructions provided by our team.


Refund process:

1) Refund within 24 hours of purchase


If within 24 hours, we do not ship and receive your cancellation request, we will cancel the order for you and the money will be refunded to your account within 1-3 business days.


2) After shipping, ask to cancel the order and get a refund


If your order has shipped and the order has been processed, you will be charged a return fee. You must ensure that the product remains in its original packaging with a receipt attached. Once we receive the package, we will issue a refund. The money will also be refunded to your account within 1-3 business days.


Return Costs:  

If it is necessary to return the goods for the customer's own reasons, Please note that customers need to cover the shipping fee to return items to us. This cost is non-refundable. Customers need to provide us the the tracking details for their package and we will monitor the return. We will process any compensation once we have received the items. and If the product is damaged during shipping, we will cover the return cost and reissue it for the customer free of charge.


Return Policies:

Customers must return the package as per our instructions and the shipping address indicated on the RMA document. Customers must also cover the shipping fee for returning the package, packages must be sent only after Customer Support Team have authorized the return. Packages sent back without authorization or not according to RMA instructions will not be accepted. Please contact our Customer Service for further advice.
