We currently only ship to the USA, and support free shipping, but We cannot deliver to the following areas:

Delivery time

The delivery time of the order is divided into two parts:

1.Processing time:

After your order is paid, we will take 1-2 business days to prepare the package. We will also notify you via e-mail once the item is sent out. and please note,Daily order shipment cut-off time is 0:00 Hong Kong Standard Time （GMT+08:00). If deliveries are made during public holidays, the estimated time will also be adjusted accordingly.

2.Shipping time：

We all use standard shipping methods and it takes about 6-8 business days to arrive. Our product is free shipping, if it does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact our customer service team to check the status of the package, we will reissue or refund.

Shipping Carriers

All items are shipped directly from our US warehouse, We work with 3 carriers to make sure your order will arrive on time: UPS, USPS and FedEx.

Note: We don't accept requests to specify a certain carrier to deliver the package. Which courier carriers will deliver the product depends on the product size.

Taxes and duties

For the United States

Please note that all packages are shipped from GlacialPure. For American customers, there is no additional tax on our products, which means you only need to pay the final sale price when shopping in GlacialPure.
